Your clients fill in their personal events in a form. You simply pass the internet address of the form on to your client. The rectification data arrive directly at our desks. We’ll check whether you have done the payment for your client, and then proceed with the rectification. We can send the rectification results either back to you, or to your client. You will tell us. It’s your choice. Normally a rectification takes 3 to 4 working days. Add a few more days, if your clients haven’t provided sufficient details, then we’ll ask those additional questions before starting the rectification.
